Orders take 3-5 days business days to arrive, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the shipping label is created for your order. Your tracking status may take 24-48 hours to process. Please always double-check your shipping information at checkout to make sure that it’s correct. The team is limited in their ability to make changes to orders once it has been placed. If we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email. Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

All items returned and exchanged must be requested and processed 14 days after initial purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the two week period. To process: we require a proof of purchase (ex: order number, order confirmation email, store receipt), images of the purchased items, and a detailed description of your experience so that we may understand the best way to assist you. Items will not be accepted if they are warped, damaged, or used. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We only ships domestically within the US. We hope to expand our shipping to other parts of the world very soon!

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

As we continue to evolve our Web site and incorporate new technologies to improve communication, our policies may change. Currently, PILATES-BY-BETH.COM gathers information (such as name, e-mail address and zip code) strictly for contact purposes when users opt to fill out an e-mail submission form to inquire about our company and about membership. In some cases we ask for other optional information including additional contact information and certain demographic information (such as phone number and gender).

We may use your information to communicate special offers, promotions and information about our company to you via email. If you do not wish to receive these emails you will have the option to opt out of future mailings (see the section below). We may also use your information to compile usage statistics and other data regarding the use of the Web site services. We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, outside of the limited circumstances referenced in the paragraph immediately below. We may, however, share with partners aggregated statistical data that includes users’ demographic information but does not identify them. We reserve the right to provide any and all such aggregated and non-individually identifiable data to third parties.

We offer in studio private pilates sessions at The Space Pilates Studio and Authentic Method Pilates in Manhattan, NY. However, we do not have a Pilates By Beth studio location. If you are not located in NYC we do have virtual and in-home options.
